Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, aclanowledges
that this purchase of a cor~dominiwa unit at OCF,AN VILLAGE OF HUPQiINSON ISI.AND
is subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominiun as to the condomini~.Qn ;
in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the th~les and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amenc~nts to the aforesaid De-
claration and F.xhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws arid Declaration
of Govenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclmowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominitan property and is in the bast interests and for the benefit~of ~
all the owners therein, Purchaser a~nd all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
CondominiLOn covenaret and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condomi.niwn and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confiYms and approves all of the ternis and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minit~n and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' tlssociation docwnents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclQiowledges and confinns ~
. that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has enc~nbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiun parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations imder the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assim~es the #
obliRations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confiims that all warranties, representations and inducement~, ii any, are
~ as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominii.an and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the swns due under the Property Owner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominiwn and the Exhibits attached thereto.
