Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed ~ Condominiinn covenant and agree to abide by ~ach and every provision of said Declar- ' ation of Condominiwn and Pxhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby Tatifies and ~ confiYms and approves all.of the tem~s and provisions of said Declaration of Condo- ~ minium and F~chibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the ' Property Owners' Association doc~mients referred to above and the pmvisions thereof f are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmowledges and confirnis ~ that the Declaration~of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association ~ has enci.anbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to ; Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser asswnes the obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiwn parcel. Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiwn and Exhibits attached there- to, and the common expenses and the swns due under the Property ONmer's Association s and other charges are estimated only.
