LUCIE COUNTY. ~ , CASE N0. 78-830-FR IN RE: The Marriage Of DAVID YODER, Husband, and LINDA YODER~ Wife. / ` AMENDED ~ FI NT ~ This cause coming on for final hearing on the 2nd day of November, 1978, and the Court having given full consideration to all of F the evidence, finds and determines:. The Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the Plaintiff and the Defendant; the marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken;~the parties have been living separate and apart since on or about July 27, 1978 and the Wife is now pregnant; it is thereupon ORDERED as follows: - 1. The marriage between the Wife, LINDA YODER, and the Husband, DAVID YODER, be and the same is hereby tiissolved.and said parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto- fore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. The Husband is hereby ordered to pay all pre-natal, hospital, and doctor bills for the unborn child, over and above the amount paid for by the Wife's hospitalization policy. 3. An attorney's.fee of $500.40 is awarded to the Wife's attorney, L. A. 0'Laughlin, Jr., payable at $25.00 per month co~encing on December 1, 1978. 4. The Wife is awarded exclusive possession, title and interest in the water bed as Iump snm alimony. ~ 5. The parties hereto are ordered to divide the wedding.gifts received by them when they were married equally among themselves. 6.
