hearin the testimon of both the Husband, LAUREN MOORE

DELEHANT, and the Wife, DOROTHEA MARGARET DELEHANT, the ~

i ~ argument of counsel and being fully advised in the premises, '

; t it is the finding of this Court that the Husband, LAUREN ' '

~ MOORE DELEHANT, has the Dresent ability to pay child support ~

~ ;i as ordered in the Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage ; ;

~ entered by this Court on January 1, 1978 and the attorney's `
~ ~ fee ordered by this Court in its' Order dated February 15, ~
~ ~ ; ~
g i~%$. ~he Husband, LA~JR~N MOORE D~LEHANT, has faile~ and ~

~ refused to make the child support payments and payments ~
~ toward the Wife's attorneys fee as required by this Court 1

~ and the Husband is hereby adjudged to be in contempt of this i

~ ~ Court for his willful failure to make these payments.

- As punishment for contempt, the Husband, LAUREN MOORE I
