O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 15th day of November, _
1978, upon the motion of the personal representative for Disburse-
- ment of Funds and Motion for 6ischarge, and the Court finding:
1. That this Court expressly retainedjurisdiction of the
personal representative and of the heirs and in order rendered in
April of 1978, in order to determine the disposition of the share of
Kenneth L. Hopps in the estate.
2. That by letter dated September 26, 1978, Renneth L.
Hopps, did authorize Brad Culverhouse, Esquire, the Attorney for the
personal representative, to pay ane third (1/3) of his share in the
estate of the decedent to American Archives Association to which

~ Kenneth Hopps had assiqned one third (1/3) of his share in-said

j estate and said letter being introduced into evidence before the
~
~ Court. .

~ And the Court havinq heard the arqument of Counsel and being

~ otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ~

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
