O R D E R THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 5th and llth days of October, 1978, upon the Motion of the Administrator, FIRST ~ NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, to extend the closing dates on . Parcels A-3 and A-5, and the Court f'inding: 1. That the closings on Parcels A-3 and A-5 have been _ timely completed in Escr.ow pursuant to this Court's Order. 2. That the title exceptions raised by the purchasers of parcels A-3 and A-5 appear to be valid exceptions which appear to ; - - - affect the marketability of the titles to Parcels A-3 and A-5. i ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 3. That it is accepted practice among the members of the ~ i ~ Saint Lucie County Bar Association to accept and record affidavits ~ by family members to clear title exceptions bas.ed upon the marriage ~ - ~ status of grantors of deeds and based upon the question of the ~ number and identity of the heirs of decedents. ~ ~ ~ ~ _ 4. That the title exceptions raised by the purchasers to t : ~ Parcels A-3 and A-5 existed at the time of the death.of PERRY ; ~ ~ .
