the title exception to the title of Parcel A-3 based upon ELIZABETH
CARLTON havinq died intestate with no judicial determination of the
~ heirs of her estate.
7. That this Court expressly reserves jurisdiction of the
purchasers of Parcels A-3 and A-5, JEAN MacARTHUR DAVIS and JULIAN
DeMORA, and expressly reserves jurisdiction to decide all questions
of marketability of title, the disposition of.the escrowed purchase
monies, the determination of amounts owing to the Estate of PERRY '
CARLTON, if any, and to decide any and all matters which may be
rais~d regar~in~ the s~I~s, escraw closings and marketability of
'title of Parcels A-3 and A-5. ,
