THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the llth day of October, ~
1978, on the Petitioner's, CARL CARLTON, SR.'S, Amended Petition.
For Removal Of Administrator, and the Court having heard the
testimony presented by the Petitioner and considered written items
introduced into evidence by the Petitioner, and Respondent having
rested their respective cases and the Court finding that the
Petitioner has failed to meet the burden of proof required to sus-
; tain the allegations in the Amended Petition, and that the evidence
~ presented by the Petitioner is legally insufficient to establish
any ground for the removal of the Administrator and the Court being
