County, Florida, died on September 3, 197R,~ owning personal pro-
perty in the the State of Florida, and
WNEREAS, ALICE FAYE WAR~tEN, has been.appointed personal
representative of the estate of the decedent and has performed all
acts prerequisite to issuance of administration in the estate.
NO{~T, THEREFORE, I the undersigned circuit ,judge, de-
` clare ALICE FAYE WARREN to be duly qualified urider the laws of the
