do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills
and Codicils heretofore made by me. -
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal Xepresentative to
pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts in~
cluding the expenses of my last illness and funeral ~

CLAUSE II: I give and devise all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my property, real and petsonal, ~
wherever situate and whether acquired before or after the _
execution of this Will, equally to my sons, JOHN E. FAUL~IER,

I sonal representatives of this Will, all to serve without
bond. My personal representatives shall have all of the
rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted.under
Chapters 733.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
CLAUSE IV: My personal representatives are author-
ized and directed to pay out of my residuary estate, all
i.nheritance, legacy or es~ate taxes on my estate or on any
portion thereof, or levied by reason of my death (including
those levied on-proceeds of policies of insurance on my
