2. Petitioner has fully administered the estate, by making payment
of all debts, no claims were filed and by r~king provision for the payment

3. Petitioner has obtained and filed Non-taxable Certificate and~
Receipt for Estate Tax from the State of Florida, No. E-23528.
4. Petitioner proposes to make distribution of the assets of this
estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached as Exhibit A.
