This cause havinq come to be heard upon the Motion of the
- J'laintiff for a Sumanary Final Judgment herein and the Court having ~
considered the pleadings and the evidence presented on behalf of the ~
Plaintiff and otherwise beinq fully advised in the premises finds
and determines that the Defendant is indebted to the Plaintiff in
the amount of $4,099.65;- and the Court further finds that Plaintiff
is entitled~to recover the cost it incurred in bringing this action,
which to date equals to $34.50; it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUpGED as follows:
1. That the Defendant, THE VILLAGE PRINTER, INC., a
Florida Corporation, is hereby found to be indebted to the Plaintiff,
SOUTHERN SPECIALTY PRINTING, INC., as set forth above in the total
amount of $4,134.15, for which let execution issue.
2. That this Final Judgment~shall bear interest at the
