ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
Made this lOth day of November, 1978, by and between -

DENNIS J. PANZONF and CHERYL S. PANZONE, his wife, hereinafter

referred to as "FIRST PARTIES", and Victor Rolle and ~

Elouise Rolle , his wife, 216 North 41st Street, Fort Pierce, ~

Florida, 33450, hereinatter referred to as "SECOND PARTIES", ~ ~
W I T N E S S E T H: ~

That if Second Parties shall first make the payments and ~

perform the covenants hereinafter raentianed on their part to be _

made and performed, First Parties hereby covenant and agree to

convey and assure to Second Part~.es, their heirs, personal repre- ~
sentatives or assigns, in fee simple, free and clear from all
- encumbrances, by a good~and sufficient warranty deed, the follow-
ing described property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
The North 15 feet of Lot 9 and all of Lot 10, Block
5, WILBUWE SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file ;
in Plat Book 6, page 24, of the public records of ~
St. Lucie County, Florida._
And Second Parties hereby covenant and agree to pay First Parties .t
; the sum of TIiIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($34,000.00), with interest

from date at the rate of 9~96.per annum, as follows: ~

~ $4,000.00 on or before the signing of this agree- €
ment, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged; E

1978, and $252.00 on or before the lOth day of
