HomeMy WebLinkAbout0344 ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT - Page 2. ~ Second Parties further agree that a late charqe will be paid by them, in the amount of $8.71, for eacb payment under this contract which is over 15 days late,.that is to say, for each payment that is made after the 25th day of each month. . . Second Parties agree to reimburse First_Parties for all real estate taxes, assessments or impositions that may leqally be levied or imposed upon said land after the year 1978 by depositing . the amount of same in the aforementioned First Federal Savings and ~ Loan.Association account within 15 days of written notice to SP~~n~ parties bv First Parties, of the amount to be reimbursed. Second Parties further agree to keep the buildings, now or _ hereafter on said land, fully insured in a sum not less than the maximum insurable value, in a company or companies acceptable to First Parties, the policy or policies to be held by, and payable to First Parties. Se~ond Parties will reimburse First Parties, within 15 days, for all insurance premiums paid by First Parties after the year 1978, by depositing said amount to the aforemen- , ~ tioned account at First Federal Savings and Loan Association of I - ~ Fort Pierce. In the event any sum of money becomes payable by ~ ~ virtue of said insurance, First Parties shall have the right to ~ receive and apply same to_the indebtedness hereby secured, ac- t counting to Second Parties for any surplus. . ~ Second Parties also agree to pay all costs, charges, ex- ~ enses, la er's fees and title searches reasonably incurred or ~ P ~ . ~ ~ paid by First Parties because of tne faiiure oi Secon3 Pd~~ies to ~ ~ promptly and fully comply with all conditions and covenants in I € ` this agreement.
