RESOLUTION NO. 78-111
NIHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission,
after holding a public hearing at which due notice was published
at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing, has recommended
to the Board o~ County Commissioners of St. Lucfe County that the
following amendments to the Comprehensive Zoninq Resolution for St.
Lucie County be adopted, and
WIiEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing.on said amendments on November 14, 1978, after first publish- -
ing a notice of said hearing in the Ne~rs Tribune published in Fort
Pierce, Florida on the 31st day of October, 1978, said date
being at 2east fifteen (15) days p~ior to the date of said ~hearing. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 14th day of
November, 1978, that the Comprehensive Zoninq Resolution for St. ~
Lucie County be and the same is amended as follows:

1. Amend 8-3 District (arterial business) in Schedule of
District Regulations by adding immediately below the line "The
above uses are limited in that all products produced incidental -
to a permitted use.shall be sold at retail on the premises",

! A. Warehousinq and storage uses with a minimum gross
~ ,
i ~
' floor area of 2~000 square feet and a maximum gross floor

~ area of 4,000 square feet.-

; B. Wholesale sales with a minimum gross floor area of

~ 2,000 square feet and a maximum gross floor area of 4,000

F square feet. All warehousing and storage and wholesale

~ sales must be conducted within a completely enclosed building.
