ASSIGNMENT OF SUBLEASE
and ~
ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL Iv~3~TBY THESE PRESENTS, that DAVID P. GELLER and
GERALDINE O. GELLER, his wife of Martin County, Florida, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollafis ($10. 00), the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, and other vatuable conaideratione, hereby assign,
transfer and set over unto THOMAS E. .WURSTER and JANET A. WURSTER ~
his wife, of Cassopolis, Michigan, all right, title and interest which we have _
in that certain Sublease executed the 25th day of November, 1970, b~r and
between TIMOTHY C. FLANAGAN and TERESE M. FLANAGAN, hia wife,
and YILLA DEL SOL, INC. , said aublease having been recarded in Official
Record Book 188, 'Page 2840, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
to have and to hold the same to ~the said THOMAS E. WURSTER and JANET A.
WURSTER, his wife, and their successors, assigns, peraonal representatives ~
and heirs from the date hereof, for and during the remainder of the term thereof
subject to the rents, covenanta, conditiona and provisions therein mentioned.
We warrant that all-payments due to VILLA DEL SOL, INC. , under the terms
of this Sublease have been paid in full to ~the 31st day of December, 1978.

CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT

~ VILLA DEL SOL, INC. , a Florida corporation not for profit, the Sublessor

~ of the property described in the Sublease mentioned in the above assignment,
~ hereby consents to said aseignment.
~ ~ The tease payments have been paid to the 31st day of December, 1978, and
~ the next payment in the amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE and 45/100THS .
($255. 45) is due on that date.
