HIGHWAY INVESTMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, on December

said Mortgage was recorded in Official Records Book 198, at page 725
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida on December 23, }

WHEREAS, MIAMI NATIONAL BANK, by virtue of an Assignment of
Mortgage, recorded in Official Records Book 271 at page 579 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, did assign, transfer
and convey unto FIRST AMEf~ICAN BANK OF LARE WORTH, N.A, alI of its
right, title and interest in that certain Mortgage. . ~ f

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY.THESE PRESENTS that the FIRST =

AMERICAN BANK OF LAKE WORTH, N.A. does hereby remise, release and
discharge forever from the lien and effect of said Mortgage the
real property described in the Exliibit A attached hereto.
