I, O. G. McWHORTTR, after being first duly swora, depose
and say that the property described in the attached warranty deed
was originally the subject of an Agreement for Deed between me
and the Rabers, dated June 1, 1971. Purchase price $6,975.00,
$??5.00 down payment with $6,200.00 to be paid on time.~
Some time in 1974 it was intended that the Agreement for
Deed be superseded by a Warranty Deed from me to the Rabers and
a resulting mortgage deed and promissory note from the ftabers back
to me to cover the balance due on the purchase price at that time.
I have been advised that the public records failed to dis-
close any deed or mortgage. A search of my_records has failed
to disclose any mortgage or note from the Rabers to me.
The purpose of this Affidavit is to affirmatively state
that in the event any mortgage and flote were executed by the
Aabers in connection with this land, the mortgage and note have
in fact been paid in full and it should be cancelled and of no
further force or effect.
This Affidavit is made wit6 reference to the following
