FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This action came on for hearing on the 9th day of November,
1978, and the Court having given f~ll consideration to all of the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of
_ the parties and the subject matter of this action; that the re-
lationship of husband and wife now exists between the petitioner
and respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It
is, thereupon, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the peti-
tioner, MICHAEL V. FERNANDEZ, and ~the respondent, KAREN LEWIS
i POPP FERNANDEZ, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the

parties and each of them are forever freed_from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. AGREEMENT. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
executed by the parties on the 8th day of September, 1978, was freely
entered into by the parties af~er a full disclosure and under the
circumstan~es that appear from the evidence to be for the best in-
terest of the parties; and in its entirety, the Agreement is in-
- corporated by reference into this Judgment, and the parties are ~
ordered to comply with all terms of the Agreement.
DONE and ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida, this ~ day of
~ November A.D., 1978.
