This cause came on for trial the r day of , 1978 }
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties;~an~ that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RONALD JOSEPH
' LUBONSKI and KATHRYN DULENE LUBONSKI be and the same is hereby dissolved,
~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of

~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
~ therefrom.

2. CUSTODY. Custody of MICHAELENA ANN IUBONSKI and RONALD
JOSEPH LUBONSKI, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to KATHR1fN
DULENE LI~ONSKI subject to reasonable rights of visitation to include half
~ of v~cation time alternati.ng between the father and the mother at the.
father's expense and alternating weekend visitation with notice. ~
~ 3. SUPPORT. Comnencing the of , 1978,
