for grounds therefore would show as follow:
1. That the cause is presently scheduled for trial for
December 26, 1978, at 9:30 a.m.
2. That both counsel for the Plaintiff and counsel for the
Defendant will be away for the hoZidays during this time by prior
arrangement. ~ ~
3. That the continuation of this cause will not prejudice ~
either party and that both parties agree thereto and that justice ~
't would be best served by continuance. t
