evidence, finds and determines: This court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the~parties; and that the -
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be di~solved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
- 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LISA T.
SMITH and WILLIAM L. SMITH, JR., be and the same is hereby dis-
solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY. Custody of TINA DARLENE SMITH and RACHEL JEAN

~ SMITH, is hereby awarded to LISA T. SMITH as more particularly

' set out in the Stipulation and Agreement admitted into evidence

~ and which is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
~
= are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the lst day of December, 1978,
~ ~
~ WILLIAM L. SMITH, JR., shall pay to LISA T. SMITH the sum of $250.00
~
~ per month, for the support of the children named above.

~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk ot this Court and by
1 him remitted promptly to LISA T. SMITH. Zn addition, there is here-

; by assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each

; payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,

= money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to ~
