Together with all stnrMures and improverrients now and hereafter on said land, and fixtures attached thereto, and all rertts, ~
issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises, all of which are includal within the foregoing descriptio~ (
and the habendum thereof; also all gas. steam. Necttic, watet and other heating, cooking. retrigerating, lighting. plumbing, venti- ~

And the Mwtgagors hereby covenant with the Mortgagee. that they are indefeasiWy seizgd of said land in fee sFmpie; that
they have full power and lawful right !o convey the same in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mortgagee.
at all times peaceaWy and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy~and e~`oy said land, and every pa~t thereof; that the land is and
will remain free from all encumbrances; that said Mortgagors will make such further assurances to prove the fee simpl~ titie to
said land in said Mortgagee as may be reasonably required, and that said Mortgagors do hereby tully warrant the title to said land,
and every part thereof, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of att persons whomsoever.
PROVIDED. AIWAYS, that if the Mortgagors shall pay unto the Mortgagee tbe indebtedness to MoRgagee in ihe principal
sum of : 2 ~ s500 . as evidenced by that certain promissory note of even date herewith, executed by
