GRIMES ; and KAY C. GRII~S, hereinafter referred to as Lessors, and LARRY KREIGH, ELDON AMANDUS, ROBERT MALONE and LEONARD NAURAT, hereinafter ~ n ~ 0 ~ referred to as Lessee, as of May 29, 1973. ; ~j s 1. Terms and Conditions: The terms and conditions of the ; t lease, together with the rent set out in_the lease, are contained in an unrecorded lease agreement between the parties dated May 29, 1973, the terms and conditions of which are incorporated herein by { reference. ~s ~ 3. Liens: Lessee has no right or power to encumber (and ~ , g. _ 3 is prohibited from encumbering) the interest of the Lessor in the ? land and building, whether such encumbrance is by lien for_work, or materials for improvements, or otherwise. ~ 4. Term of Lease: The term of the lease commenced on the 29th day of May, 1973, said term ending fifteen (15) years after the date of the first payment of rent, to-wit: No~ex, 1973 , ~ unless terminated in accordance with the provisions set out in the , ~r lease . ~ 5. Ex~ensions: The referenced lease further provides that ` the lease shall automatically extend for one additional five-year ~ period, unless the Lessee gives written notice to the Lessor sixty ~ , (60) days prior to the end of the original term that it does not desire to extend the lease.
