It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between ~ MATTHEW PATRICR CUNNINGHAM and SARAH MARGARET CUNNINGHAM be and ~ - ~ ` the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are ~ hereb forever freed fro~n the bonds of matrimony heretofore exist- ~ y ~ ing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. PROPERTY: The property settlement agreement (stipu- ~ lation) admitted into e~idence is hereby incoroorated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions ~ thereof . ~ ~ 3.
