DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 20th day of November,

A. D. 1978, and the Court having given full consideration to all ;

the evidence, finds artd~determines: This Court has jurisdiction
,
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the =
~
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; '
and that the marriage between the parties is~irretrievably ~
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon •
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CLARENCE
ADDERLY, JR. and LINDA ANN ADDERLY be and the same is hereby
- dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of mat~rimony heretofore existing between them and

' from the obligations arising therefrom. " ;

' ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of CLARNITA LATASHA ADDERLY, minor

~ child of the parties, is hereby awarded to LINDA ANN ADDERLY,
~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to CLARENCE ADDERLY, JR. ~

~ ;
~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of
1978, CLARENCE ADDERLY, JR. shall pay to LINDA ANN ADDERLY, the

sum of each and every for the support of :
~ the child named above. ~

~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by

him remitted promptly to LINDA ANN ADDERLY. In addition there is ;

~ hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added `

y to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in ~

~ cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are _
