4. COSTS OF PREGNANCY. CLARENCE ADDERLY, JR. is hereby
ordered to reimburse LINDA ANN ADDERLY for sums expended by her
in connection with her pregnancy and the birth of the minor

child of the parties, in the total amount of 5
5. ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum

of $ ~ to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his
services herein and CLARENCE ADDERLY, JR. is ordered to pay said
attorney said sum together with costs herein assessed at $51.00.
6. .JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
