THIS CAUSE was presented to the Court upon the motion
to tax costs filed herein by the Defendant, FLORIDA CHRYSLER-
PLYMOUTH, INC. The Court, having heard the argument of counsel
and being fully advised in the premises, it is, upon

ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED as follows:
1. That the motion to tax costs filed by the Defendant,
