1 This cause having come on for trial betore the Court on

Defendant, MARJORIE C. LUTKEMEIER, and the Court having considered
j the testimony and the evidence presented together with the argu-

( ments of counsel, finds and determines that the Plaintiff, THAMES
~ BUILDERS, INC., a Flori.da Corporation, is entitled to foreclose
~ its mortgage aqainst the Defendants, WILFORD G. RADCLIFF and M.
~
~ERLEEN R,ADCLIFF, and that the Counter/P].aintiffs, WILFORD G.
;~RADCLIFF and M. ERLEEN RADCLIFF, have failed to prove their
~
~Counter-Claim against the Counter/Defendant, THAMES BUILDERS, INC.
It is therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
