to this Judgment are not paid within three (3) days from this ~

date, the Clerk of this Court shall aell the property at public
sale on December 18, 1978 at 11:00 o'clock a. m, to the highest
bidder for cash, except as set forth below, at the East front door €

of the Courthouse in St. Lucie County in Ft. Pierce, Florida, ~in
accordance with Fiorida Statute 45.031. '

5. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this

~ action and shall be reitabursed for them by the Clerk if Plaintiff i

is not the purchaser of the property at the sal.e. If Plaintiff !
is the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit Plaintiff's bid with the '
- total sum with interest and costs accruing subsequent to this
Judgment or such part of it as is necessary to pay the bia in fuii. ;

6. On filing the Ce~tificate of Title, the Clerk shall ~

J distribute the proceeds of the sale, as far as they are sufficient, {

~ by paying: First, all of Plaintiff's costs; Second, doc}imentary
_ + stamps affixed to the Certificate; Third, the total sum due to

~ Plaintiff less the items paid plus interest at the rate prescribed

~ by law from September 20, 1978 to the date of the sale; and by s

i retaining any.amount remaining pending the further order of this

~ 7. On fil~ng the Certificate of Title, Defendants and
ICall persons claiming under or against them since the filing of

the Notice of Lis Pendens are foreclosed of all estate or claim
~~in the property and the purchaser at the sale shall be let into !

; possession of the property.

~ 8. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter ~

~ further orders as are proper including, without limitation, writs~
