Notice is given that pursuant to an Amended Final

78-17-CA of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in which THAMES BUILDERS,
INC., a Florida Corporation is the Plaintiff and WILFORD G.
~ RADCLIFF and M. ERLEEN RADCLIFF, as joint tenants with right of
