reference to this deed and the debt hereby secured, in the same manner a+ with the Mortpgor_withuul in any way vitiating or
dixharging the Murtgagur's liability hereunder or upon Ihe debt hereby secured. No sale of the premises hereby morlgaged
and no forbearance on the part of the Murigagee, and no extenxion uf the time for the paymenl of the debt hereby ~ecured ~
given by the ~lortg,agee shall operate to relea~e, discharge, modify, change ~~r affect the o~iginal liabiliry of thr Nortgagur
herein either in whok or in part.
