ORDER
This cause came on to be heard on November 20, 1978 on the

Stationwagon that was in the possession of the Wife, filed by the
Wife against the Husband, and the Court having heard testimony of
the Wife and argument of counsel for the respective parties and ~
being fully advised.in the premises. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. That the Court finds that the Husband, ROBERT L.
ANDERSON, had the fir~ances and assets to pay the child support
arrearage and failed to do so. T'he Court finds that the Husband,
ROBERT L. ANDERSON, failed to return to the Wife at the marital
residence a riding lawn mower removed by the Husband and stored;
, that the Husband has failed to pay the caonthly utility bills on the

~ marital home for the month of September and October; that the Husband
has failed to pay to the Wife one-half of the Holiday Inn Motel bill
in the amount of $100.79. The Court finds that the Husband is in
willful contempt of this Court.
~ ~2. That the Husband shall have until November 21, 1978 at
8:30 a.m. to pay to the Wife the child support arrearage in the
~ amount of $323.00; the amount of the utility balls of $100.00 for
~
~ September and October, 1978; the sum of $50.39 for the Aoliday Inn
Motel bill. That the Husband shall deliver to the Wife the riding ~
lawn mower by November 21, 1978 at 8:30 a.m. That upon the Husband's
