THIS ASSUMPTION AND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT is
entered into this 17th day of October

called "Mortgaqee"), Duane L. Sorensen and Helen T. Sorensen
(hereinafter called "Mortgagors", whether one or more than
one), and Bruce G. Fields and Betty K. Fields
(hereinafter called "Grantees", whether one or more than '

W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Mortgagors have aiven to Allstate Enter-
prises :~ortqage Corporation, an Ohio corporation, (herein, ~

of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida isaid -
