That all other terms, conditions and covenants contained in
said note dated June 28, 1977, and the security agreement
of even date therewith, sh~ll r~ma~n in full force and
effect, to the extent that the terme contained therein do
not conflict herewith. ~
III. RATIFICATION AND CONFIItMATION OF GUARANTY AGREEMENTS
A. BUNING INTERNATIONAL INC., a Florida corporation,
formerly known as Buning the Florist Inc., covenants that
f there has been no change in the status of the guaranty of

! BUNING INTERNATIONAL INC. and that the GUARANTY executed and
~ delivered to THE DANIA BANK by BUNING INTERNATIONAL INC,
absolutely guaranteeing payment of the indebtednes~ of
FLORISTS CLEARING NETWORK, INC. to THE DANIA BANK in an un-
limited dollar amount (more particularly described in the
"MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT AND MORTGAGE" dated
April 10, 1978) shall remain in full force and effect with
respect to the note dated June 28, 1977, both in its original
form and also as modified under the exact terms and conditions
which are set forth herein. ~
