"MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT AND MORTGAGE" dated
April 10, 1978) shall remain in full force and effect with
respect to the note dated June 28, 1977, both in its original
form and also as modified under the exact terms and conditions
which are set forth herein.
IV. BINDING EFFECT
The within MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT - ~
shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their heirs, successors, ;
