CERTIFICATE OF AMENDMENT
OF
DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
OF SEA PINES TOWER CONDOMINIUM
THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT:
1. The attached Exhibit "A" is.a true copy of a
Resolution amending the Declaration of Condominium of
Sea Pines Tower Condominium, a Condominium according to
the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official
Records Book 280, Page 2622 et. seq., of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Fldrida, which Resolution was adopted
by all of the Directors of Sea Pines Tower Condominium
Association, Inc., a corporation not for profit under the
laws of the State of Florida, at a meeting duly held on
October 6, 1978, and duly adopted by the owners of not
less than 75$ of the units in the Condominium at a special
meeting duly held on October 6, 1978, in accordance with
the requirements of the Declaration of Condominium fqr its
amendment.
2. The adoption of the Resolution which is attached
~i hereto as Exhibit "A" appears upon the Minutes of the above
~ mentioned meeting and is unrevoked.
