RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of this corporation .
deems it to bein the best interest of the Condominium to
chanqe the name of the Condominium from SEA PINES TOWER,
~a Condominium, to SEA PALMS, a Condominium,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that
"Article 2 of the Declaration of Condominium re-
~ corded in Official Records Book 280, Page 2622
et. seq., of the Public Reoords of St. Lucie ~
County, Florida is hereby deleted in its entirety
and in place thereof the following language is in-
serted: ~ ~
'The name by which this Condominium is to be
identified is SEA PALMS, a Condominium, sometimes
herein called the "Condominium". The street
address is: 3200 North A-1-A in St. Lucie County,
Florida.' ~

'Any use of the name SEA PINES TOWER, a Cnndominium,
which is found in this Declaration or in the Ex- _
hibits hereto is hereby changed to SEA PALMS, a •
Condominium.' and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors if this corporation ~
deems it to be in the best interest of the corporation to '
change the~name of the corporation from SEA PINES TOWER
CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. to SEA PALMS CONDOMINIUM
ASSOCIATION, INC. .
