profit corporation under the laws of Florida with principat office
at 3114 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, with mailing address

mortgagor, and the Florida United Methodist Development Fund, Inc. a
Florida non-profit corporation, with principal office located at 1140
East McDonaid Street, Lakeland, Florida, and whose address is P. 0.
Box 70, Lakeland, Florida 33802, hereinafter calied Mortgagee.
WHEREAS the corporate body and the Charge Conference of Community
United Methodist Church in meeti~g assembled on the 29th day of October
A. d. 1978 after due and proper notice thereof approved an~ adopted
appropriate resolution authorizing the action evidenced by this _
Indenture, and
WHEREAS the District Superintendent of the District in which sald
church is located and the Pastor of said church have consented to such
action, as evidenced by their signatures hereto, and
WHEREAS all other things necessary'or proper to be ddne and
_ performed in accordance with the laws, rules, usages and customs of

this indenture have been done and performed in due and regular fiorm

The Mortgagor for and in consideration of the sum of Ten (~10.00)
Dollars ancf other valuable consideration to Mortgagor in hand paid by
Mortgagee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged as granted, ~

forever the foliowing described land in St. Lucie County, Florida.
