THIS CAUSE came on for~trial on the 28th day of November, `
1978, with both parties being present and the Court having given
full consideration to all the testimonies and evidence, finds ~

and determines: ~This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and th~at the marriage
between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon f~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follow5: '

1. That the marriage between MARY SIMPSON and ZERION
DEXTER SIMPSON be and the same is-hereby dissolved., and the

f parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds

t of matrimony heretofore existing between them. ~
~ 2. The Husband shall be required to pa~r all debts incurred

~ as the result of the marriage that are due and payble.to the
