THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court and the
Court having heard the evidence, and finding that it has juriadic-
tion of the subject matter, it is: ~ -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties.
2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner, RAREN
ANNE CORREIA, and Respondent, MALCOLM ARTHUR CORREIA, are dissolv
because the marriage is irretrievably broken.
3. That the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
between the parties, introduced into evidence and marked as ~
i Petitioner's Exhibft #1, was executed voluntarily after full

~ disclo$ure and is for the best interest of the parties and is

` hereby approved and incorporated by reference into this Final
Judgment and the parties are herebq ordered to comply with same.
~ Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from

g~ interfering with, harassing or annoying one another.

~ The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause, and the
~ parties hereto may from time to time, if necessary, move this
~ Court for such further Orders as may be pYoper.
