tioner is unaware of any unrevoked Wills or Codicils of decedent.
8. Upon informatior~ and belief, no one has come forth
to attempt to establish an estate for the decedent.
9. Petitioner requests that MITTIE ROSS be appointed
Personal Representative of the Estate of decedent, without bond,
as there are presently no liquid assets in this Estate so far as.

10. Zn the event MITTIE ROSS is unable or refuses to ~
serve, Petitioner requests that Vincent Lloyd, Esquire, be appointed.

As grounds therefor, Petitioner would show that Vincent Lloyd is ~
over the age of twenty-one (21) years, is disinterested, and is a

competent practicing attorney in the Fort Pierce area.
11. The purpose of this Petition is to establish a proper _
