I hereby_name, nominate and appoint my brother, R4BERT

MELLIS, as Executor of my estate, to serve without bond.
Should my said brother die, be disqualifi.ed or for.any reason
fail to qualify as such Executor, I hereby name, nominate i
and appoint GRACE KEARNBY as Executrix of this, my Last Will
and Testament, to serve without bond.

cutrix, as the case may be, to compound, compromise, settle ~

and adjust all claims and demands in favor of or against~
_ my estate, to sell and dispose of any or all of my estate,
real, personal or mixed, for prices and upon such terms of
credit or otherwise, and in such manner as my Executor or
Executrix, as the case may be, deems best, without an Order ~
of Court, at private sale if he or she sees fit, and to
furnish and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers all neces-
sary or proper deeds or other instruments of conveyance and
