referred to as the "PYrst Mortgage");
B. (1) Hortgagor agreea co cosply vith all of the terms and
conditions of the First Mortgage other than with respect
t4 the payment of priacipal and interest under said Firet
' Mortgage.
(2) In the event uortgagor shall fail to so comp~y with all of
the terms, pravisions and conditions of the First Mortgage
so as to result in a default thereuader (other than with
reapect to payments of principal and intereat due thereunder -
after Deceiaber 1, 1978) ~such failure on the part of mortgagor
sha1Z~ constitute a defau2t .under this mortgage artd shall ~ ~

rights and reaedies given nortgagee in the event of a default
thereuader.
(3) Any and all expenses, iacluding but not limited to, title canpany ~
charges, recording and filing fees, legal fees of the attorcteys .
for the holder of the First Nortgage in preparation of an a$slgnment ~
of either aiortgage and any tax, if any, that may be hereafter
~aposed,by any taxing suthority in connectiou with the compliance
by mortgagee With the provisivns hereof dealing With the payment ~
made or to be made to the hold~r of the Firat Mortgage shall be
paid by the mortgagor or anq amer of the premisea when
requested by the title company and/or the attomeys respresenting ~
the holder of the First Nortgage. ~
C. (2) Mnrtgagee agrees to pay to~the holder. of tbe First Mortgage,
the $6,298.69 unpaid priacipal balance of said mortgage,
