J. Hortgagor shall have the right to prepay the vhole or any part
of the unpsid balaace of the indebtedaeae hereunder at anq ticne
~ on thirtq (30) daye' notice without penalty. Any partial prepayment
ahall be applied against the unpaid priACipal instsllments of the
Note aecured heiebp in inve~tae order of maturity. In the event nortgagor
Wi.shea to pzepaq the ahole of the unpaid principal balance of the indebtednesa
hereunder, the soouat to be paid by mortgagor shall be that aaount
deterained by'deducting fram the $8,000.00 original principal
indebtednesa of nartgagor herein the aggregate of the folla~ing:
(a) the aggregate of all paymeata credited on account of
principal because of paymeuts nade by mortgagor hereuader in
aaortisation of said original principal indebtedneas to the
date of auch prepayment; and
(b) the aggregate amount, if any, by which said original
principal iadebtedness hereuader hae been reduced by mortgagee's
applyiug insuraace proceeds and/or condemnation award proceeds
in reduction of said principal indebtednesa; and

(c) the anwunt computed by deducting fram $6,298.69 (the preaent

total of the unpaid principal balance under the First Mortgage) ;
the aggregate aum of all paymeats-credited on accounts made by ~ ~
~ mortgagee hereuuder in amortization of the unpaid principal
balances of said First Mortgagee.
