THIS CAUSE having came on to be--heard before me the 28th day
of November, 1978, upon the Trlife's Petition to Reduce Rehabilitative
Alimony, P.artial Child Support, Carpentry Bill and Court Costs to
Common Law Judgment in the amount of $5,375.81, and the Wife, KATHRYN
ELIZAAETH TOWNSEND, having agpeared with counsel, Rupert Jasen Smith _
and the Court noting that the Husband, ROBERT JAMES TOWN~FND, was
not present thouRh served notice, nor represented bq counsel and the ~
' Court having heard the testimony of the Wife and argv~ment of counsel
and having considered the evidence and being fully advised in the pre-

mises, it is therefore
