(b) any notice to Lender shall be given by certified mail, retum roceipt rcquested, to Lender's address stated herein or to
such other addreu as L.ender may designate by notice to Borrower u provided herein. Any notice provided tor in this
Mortgage :hal1 be deemed to have been given to Borrower or I,ender when given in the manner designatod he~ein.
