IRENE McLOCKLIN, who being by me fir.st duly sworn, dep~ses and says:
1. That she is the Real Estate Broker who sold property located
at 712 Grandview Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida, to Thomas W.
Lewis. ~
2. That she personally knows that Thomas W. Lewis moved to Fort
Pierce, Florida from Hallifax, Massachusetts in the month of ~
July, 1978. ~ ~ .
- 3. That Thomas W.~Lewis was never a patient in Fort Pierce
Memorial Nospital.
~ 4. That the said Thomas W. Lewis is not the same Thomas Lewis of
~ - 1710 Coral Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida named in that certain
Notice of Lein filed December 30, 1968. ~
