Purcliaser, by Acceptance and c~xecution of this Receipt, acknowledges
that this purchase of a condominiun ~oiit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF F~JI'(]iINSON ISLAN[)
is subject__in every respect to the Declaration of Condominiun as to the condominium
in which liis uni~ is Icx.st~i and Fxhit~its attached thereto, incl~ding but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
. therein), the By-laws of the Associafion Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, co~y of projected aperating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of aparbnent purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictians of the Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further aclrnowledges receipt of and reading a~id examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclmowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-~
~ent of Lhe C.on3omini~ pro~rty aErt~ is in the best interests - ar,d far the t~nefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominiun covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominii.~n and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
. confiYms and approves all of the ternis and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
mini~.Qa and Exhibits attached thereto; and agrees that the assessment under the _
Property Owners' Association docunents referred to above and the provisions thereof
. are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclQ?owledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has encwnbered and im~ressed a lien upon the Condominiun parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security £or his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants _
and Restrictions of-the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser ass~mie.s the .
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel. -
Purchaser confiims that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Cc~ndominiwn and Exhibits attached t~ere-
~ to, and the comnon expenses'and the sians due under the Property Owner's Association
and other_charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is.specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condomini~.on and the Exhibits-attached thereto.
