Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowleclges
that this purchase of a condominitm unit at OCF.AN VILLAGE OF HUf(~lINSON ISUWQ
~ is subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominiun as to the condominiua
in which his wiit is located and P.xhibits attached thereto, including but not i
limited to (whether the same are attached to.the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Miend~ne~ts to the aforesaid De-
claratio~ and F.xhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further aclanawledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
F~chibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominiun property and is in the best interests~ and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
~ Condominiun covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominit~on and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and +
confi~nas and app mves all of the tern~s and provisions of said Declaration of Condo- `
minii.an and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association doc~nents referred to abov~ and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmowledges and_confiYms
that the Declaration of Covenants and~Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has. enc~anbered and impressed a lien upon the Condomini~,an parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration_of Covena~ts ~
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assunes the i
obligations as to the Property Owners'"Association as to his condaniniwn parcel. '
Purchaser confiYms that~all warranties, representations and inducements,_if any, are ~
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached-there-
to, and the comnon expenses and the s~ans due under the Property Owner's Association
and other charge$ are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
' nor may one be relied except where the same is speeifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominiun and the Exhibits attached thereto. ;
